To the maximum extent permitted by law, Civalyze is not liable for any losses or damages — including financial, real estate, business, or investment losses — arising from use of our data or platform. Your sole remedy is to discontinue use of the service.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all actions taken under your account.

We may suspend or terminate access to the platform for any violation of these Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware. Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in state or federal courts located in that state.
